Terms of sale
These terms apply only to purchases made directly on the website www.citymission.lt. Subscriptions and purchases made inside the mobile app are governed by the terms of use and by the App Store / Google Play terms.
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms set out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller (hereinafter – the Seller) when purchasing participant tickets (codes) for "City Mission" games through the website.
1.2. Seller: Denis Slaveckij, operating under individual activity certificate no. 351286, carrying out activities in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, email: info@citymission.lt.
1.3. By purchasing a service on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Object of the service
2.1. The object of the purchase is digital content – a unique activation code (hereinafter – the Ticket) granting access to one selected "City Mission" game (hereinafter – the Mission) in the mobile application.
3. Payment
3.1. Payments on the website are processed using the "Montonio" payment platform.
3.2. The Buyer may pay using the electronic banking services of Lithuanian and foreign banks, and by card (Visa, Mastercard).
3.3. The purchase is considered complete once the Seller receives confirmation of a successful payment.
4. Delivery of the service
4.1. The service is delivered immediately after payment.
4.2. Upon successful payment, the Buyer is shown the generated activation code.
4.3. If the Buyer provided an email address during the purchase (this is optional), the activation code is additionally sent to that address. If no email address is provided, the code is shown only in the payment confirmation screen, so we recommend saving it. If the code is not received because of an incorrectly entered email address, or if it has been lost, the Buyer may contact the Seller to have the code reissued.
5. Validity and use of the code
5.1. The Ticket (code) is intended for a single game activation and is used on one device. The game is played by one team (1–5 players, 2–4 recommended) using a single device. Once activated, the code cannot be reused or transferred to another device.
5.2. The Ticket is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the description of the specific Mission.
6. Withdrawal from the contract and refunds
6.1. The Buyer expressly agrees that the supply of digital content begins immediately after payment, and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
6.2. Pursuant to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content where supply has begun with the Buyer's prior consent.
6.3. If the Buyer encounters technical problems (for example, the code does not work), they must contact us without delay at info@citymission.lt. If the technical obstacles cannot be resolved, the Seller refunds the amount paid within 5 working days.
7. Data protection
7.1. Personal data collected during the purchase (for example, email address, name) is used only for the purposes of providing the service and accounting, in accordance with applicable law and GDPR requirements.
8. Final provisions
8.1. These terms supplement the general "City Mission" terms of use, available at: citymission.lt/en/rules
8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.3. Consumers also have the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt). Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
