1. General provisions
These terms of use govern the use of the City Mission mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of the service
City Mission is an interactive city game in which users complete tasks using their mobile device. The game includes location services, photo tasks and various puzzles.
3. User responsibility
By using the app, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Be responsible for your own safety when playing outdoors
- Be aware of your surroundings and road traffic rules
- Not use the app while driving
- Respect private property and other people
- Not upload offensive or illegal content
4. Safety
Important! When playing geo missions, always be aware of your surroundings. We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by carelessness during the game.
5. Intellectual property
All City Mission content (texts, images, design, logos, software) is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
6. Use of photos
By uploading photos to the app, you grant us the right to process them for AI transformation. We will use your photos only for game functionality and will not share them without your consent.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for:
- Technical failures or errors
- Lost data
- Damage arising from use of the app
- Operation of third-party services
8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
8.1. Subscription plans
City Mission offers optional subscription plans that unlock additional features. Current subscription prices are displayed in the app and in the respective store (App Store / Google Play) before purchase.
8.2. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
8.3. Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed entirely through your device's app store.
8.4. Managing and canceling subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until that date.
8.5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Contact Google Play support
8.6. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
